Job summary

Coram is seeking a Programme & Partnerships Officer to provide coordination and delivery capacity that will strengthen its national network and deliver advocacy, policy and practice development, research, training and member engagement.

Working with the RJFN Chair, members and partners, the postholder will support member engagement, build partnerships, organise events and communications, and monitor reach and impact. The role welcomes diverse experiences and a commitment to racial justice.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes or partnerships is desirable.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver capacity to strengthen RJFN's national network.
• Support member engagement, build and maintain partnerships.
• Organise events and communications, monitor reach and impact.
• Work with the Chair, members and partners to shape the programme.
