Job summary

Staffordshire University is seeking a Partnerships Officer to support and enhance our Collaborative Academic Partnerships. You will work with a small team to oversee partner performance, compliance and engagement with the University, while supporting day-to-day partner relationships, financial returns and quality oversight.

The role also focuses on improving operational efficiencies through process documentation, digitalisation, and adherence to university procedures and external regulation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners.
• Experience supporting academic or research collaborations a plus.
• Understanding of compliance processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day partner relationships and escalate issues to the Head of Collaborative Academic Partnerships when needed.
• Assist CAP Team with planning, diary management, and travel logistics for partner activities.
• Provide documentation to support financial and contractual activities and ensure compliance with university procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of partnership management through documented processes and digitalisation.
