We’re seeking a commercially minded and creative Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll develop joint campaigns with brands and global suppliers, shaping go-to-market strategies that drive user engagement, brand awareness, and commercial impact. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in brand or partner marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of European consumer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead co-branded marketing campaigns with brands and global suppliers across the UK and Europe.
  • Build and manage strategic brand partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute joint campaigns around key moments like Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales.
  • Leverage real-time trend-spotting to rapidly plan and execute high-impact campaigns around events and emerging viral trends.
  • Coordinate cross-channel activity across online, offline, and social platforms.
  • Localise campaign messaging and assets to ensure market fit and cultural relevance.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance (GMV, traffic/users, conversions), using insights to optimise future efforts.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and shared KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in partnership marketing, brand collaborations, or co-marketing roles.
  • Strong background in eCommerce, retail, or consumer-focused digital businesses.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver high-impact joint campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of UK and European consumer behaviour and marketing trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
