Job description

We are seeking two dynamic Partnerships and Marketing Managers to lead our brand collaborations across key categories at Harrods.

One manager will sit above our Food, Beverage, and Restaurants offering, while the other will oversee our Home, Toys, and Technology categories. Both roles are pivotal in delivering strategic, commercially driven marketing campaigns and nurturing high-value brand relationships across our world-renowned luxury portfolio.

About The Role

As a Partnerships and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing relationships with brand partners—ranging from global luxury giants to emerging innovators—while delivering impactful multi-channel campaigns aligned with Harrods’ trade and customer strategy. These roles require a commercially-minded marketer with a strategic approach, who thrives on collaboration, clarity, and delivering results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, CRM, social, publishing, and experiential channels.
  • Managing and nurturing strong, senior-level brand relationships—particularly in either the F&B or Home, Toys, and Tech categories.
  • Collaborating with Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Press to bring campaigns to life and support divisional priorities.
  • Owning media plans and ensuring alignment with category-specific trade goals and broader Harrods brand values.
  • Managing and developing a direct report, contributing to a high-performing, agile, and collaborative team culture.

About You

You are a confident, articulate marketer with a proven ability to build and manage premium brand partnerships. You are commercially astute, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You understand when to lead, when to listen, and how to align brand goals with Harrods’ strategic priorities. With a clear, confident approach and excellent communication skills, you bring strong judgement and a relationship-first mindset to everything you do.

You will also have

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand partnerships, ideally within a luxury, premium retail, or agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of integrated, 360 marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, CRM, social, in-store, and experiential.
  • A track record of building and managing senior-level brand relationships, with the ability to influence and deliver commercially impactful results.
