Overview

Location: Tomorrow's Guides Ltd, Unit 1, Station Yard, Station Road

Join us as our Partnerships Marketing Manager. Tomorrow's Guides is building the UK’s go-to platform for finding care for a loved one, helping families find care solutions across Care Homes, Home Care, and Day Nurseries. We are backed by investors General Atlantic, Silverlake and Insight Partners and are on a mission to transform how families find care in the UK.

As our first Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development of a Partnerships channel that engages care seekers in our brands — carehome.co.uk, homecare.co.uk and daynurseries.co.uk — and delivers additional enquiries for our care provider customers (Care Homes, Home Care Services and Day Nurseries).

Responsibilities
  • Defining and executing a partnerships growth strategy.
  • Testing and learning new marketing approaches to create a winning playbook.
  • Developing marketing collateral to engage care seekers, distributed through our partnerships (e.g., local print directories of care services).
  • Collaborating with the Account Management team to leverage existing partnerships.
  • Building new relationships with key partners to enable distribution of direct marketing material (e.g., GP Practices, Local Authorities, Pharmacies, Private Healthcare providers).
You’ll Do Well If You Bring
  • Excellent partnership development and direct marketing skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing and partnerships.
  • Passion, energy and a desire to make an impact.
  • A collaborative, roll-your-sleeves-up attitude.
  • A curiosity to grow.
