As Partnerships Manager, you'll:

1. Manage key partner accounts, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
2. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and licensors, coordinating bespoke communications and tasks.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners' business strategies, objectives, and target growth markets.
4. Drive the development and launch process for licensed products, collaborating closely with internal teams.
5. Execute THG Nutrition's licensing strategy, ensuring alignment with New Product Development and brand teams.
6. Oversee finance, royalty reporting, sales, and forecasting for partner accounts.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in licensing / partnerships / account management.
2. Proven track record of managing high-level, global accounts, ideally within the licensing industry.
3. Strong commercial mindset with exceptional negotiation skills.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of go-to-market strategies and marketing principles.
7. Effective leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills.
8. Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
