Job description

About Zero Deposit

Renting a new home can be stressful and expensive. At Zero Deposit, we’re changing that.

We give tenants an alternative to expensive security deposits, allowing them to spend their money on the things they love.

We are a market-defining business on a mission to make renting easier, faster and fairer. We will only do that with an exceptional team, a market-leading product and an amazing customer experience.

About the Role

As a Partnership Manager at Zero Deposit, you will work closely with partners to launch, embed, and optimise the adoption of our products while ensuring enduring engagement and maximising the value of our relationship for both our partner and Zero Deposit. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will take ownership of partner relationships, ensuring their success while contributing to the growth and commercial performance of the business. This is an ideal role for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building strong relationships and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with letting agents across the UK, ensuring alignment with Zero Deposit’s goals and initiatives. Collaborate with partners to define and execute joint business plans, focusing on maximising the use of Zero Deposit and facilitating the transition to Deposit+.

  2. Product Training & Support:

Provide comprehensive training and support to partners on Zero Deposit’s offerings and the new Deposit+ product. Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to promote and utilise our products effectively.

  3. Analysis & Strategy:

Identify trends and opportunities within the letting agency sector. Develop strategies to enhance partnerships, drive engagement, and increase usage of Zero Deposit products.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging, support, and partnership initiatives. Act as a liaison between partners and Zero Deposit teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.

  5. Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the National Sales Director. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance partner engagement and product usage.

  6. Budget Management:

Manage the budget for partnership development initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

About You
  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management, preferably in the property or financial services sectors.
  2. Proven Success: Track record of successfully building and managing partnerships that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Analytical Abilities: Ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
Benefits You’ll Get From Us:

In addition to your salary and a performance-related bonus scheme, we offer the following benefits:

  1. Up to 30 days annual leave + bank holidays. Starting at 25 days and growing each year you work with us.
  2. A MacBook as standard, or whatever device you need to get the job done.
  3. Your birthday off!
  4. Work in the way that suits you; we care about what you achieve, not when you do it. For roles that allow it, we're happy for you to work flexibly in a way that allows you to succeed.
  5. A working environment that supports and enables you. Our partnership with sanctus.io provides free and anonymous mental health, leadership, and life coaching.
  6. Life insurance while you are working with us. (UK Only)
  7. Company pension scheme.
  8. Referral, wellness, and volunteering program.
