Milk Education has an exciting new opportunity as we continue to grow and expand. This is a key role within the business and will play a vital part in supporting our ongoing development, specifically within Multi academy trusts.

The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships and proactively approaching senior leadership teams to establish new partnerships.

The role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) and their senior leadership teams.
• Spot and create new partnership opportunities across the MAT sector.
• Nurture existing client relationships to help them grow and thrive over the long term.
• Work closely with Directors and senior leadership to support the company’s growth strategy.
• Share and showcase Milk Education’s unique selling point Unbottled with Milk and solutions and benefits with MAT partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for schools and trusts.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and education conferences.
• Research and map the MAT sector to uncover new opportunities and connect with key decision makers.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to senior leadership teams within trusts.
• Keep activity and opportunities up to date in the CRM to track progress and successes.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in education recruitment or education sector business development.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision makers.
• Confident in cold outreach, networking, and opening new doors.
• Commercially aware with a strategic approach to business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
