Job summary

Milk Education in Liverpool is seeking an experienced recruitment professional for a Senior Principal role at the Liverpool HQ. You will manage a warm 360 desk, nurture established relationships, and drive growth with schools and candidates, taking ownership and shaping your own desk.

You can progress into leadership roles such as Managing Consultant or Team Lead as you develop your career in a trusted, growing education recruitment specialist.

• Track record of delivering strong client and candidate relationships.

The Role

As a Senior Principal, based at our Liverpool HQ, you’ll have the chance to manage a warm 360 desk You’ll take ownership of your desk, nurture existing relationships, and have the support to make it truly your own.

You’ll focus on building long-term partnerships with schools and candidates while driving the desk forward. There’s also a clear path into leadership roles such as Managing Consultant or Team Lead if that aligns with your career goals.
