The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's newPartnerships Manager

As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing
relationships with our clients in the health and social care sector. Your primary
goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive user adoption, and support clients
in maximizing the value they receive from Radar Healthcare. You will act as the
main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to
help them achieve their compliance and quality goals.

What you’ll be doingto make a difference:
  • Buildingand maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, and actingas their primary point ofcontact.
  • Guiding new customers through the onboardingprocess alongside the project manager.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in atimely and professional manner. You will collaborate with the Support and Development teams to resolve technicalproblems and improve the user experience.
  • Identify opportunities foraccount growth and expansion by understandingcustomer needs and presenting relevant product features and services. Part of this involves upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and workto ensure high customer retention rates by maintaining regular contactand demonstrating the ongoing value of Radar Healthcare.
  • You will serve as a customer advocate within the company,providing feedback to the product development team to help shape futureproduct enhancements and features.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metricsrelated to customer satisfaction, usage, and retention. Use data-driveninsights to improve account management strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes,and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant updates andinsights.
Your journey so far...
  • You should have a minimum of 3 years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment or the health and social care sector.
  • We value a familiarity with quality and compliance requirements in the health and social care industry, both in the UK and internationally.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Developed organisational skills with strong time-management skills, able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical aptitude:Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and explain new software tools and features.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product development
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality
    service.
  • Relationship building and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to client sites and industry events.
