The Role

As Partnerships Manager for Germany, you will own our affiliate and partner relationships. This role requires building relationships, negotiating deals, and working independently, supported by a global team.

You will lead the Partnerships team in Germany, with two direct reports, reporting to the Head of German Operations. Your goal is to grow the partnership sector by securing competitive cashback deals, driving revenue, and expanding our presence in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop new and strengthen existing partnerships with affiliate networks, agencies, and merchants through various communication channels.
  • Deal Negotiation: Negotiate and source market-leading cashback deals to enhance our offerings and revenue.
  • Campaign Creation: Create promotional decks and case studies to demonstrate partnership value.
  • Campaign Coordination: Manage end-to-end campaign processes to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • Native German: Verbal and written proficiency.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Affiliate Marketing.
  • Relationship Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
