The Company

Our client is an ambitious 4-year-old media business which, in the last 12 months, has grown from 12 to nearly 100 employees as they accelerate their growth. Their mission is to help every young person, no matter their background, explore career & HE pathways. They also assist corporations in planning for future employment, diversity, and inclusion. They have a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and are looking for a Partnerships Manager (as well as some Partnerships Execs).

The Role of Partnerships Manager

As Partnerships Manager, you will engage with employers from across the public and private sectors.

You will discuss a range of digital media solutions that help them engage with the early careers sector. These include immediate recruitment advertising, virtual events, and targeted virtual work experience programmes that educate young people about various career paths within their organization. Participants in these programmes are expected to actively engage and are rewarded with a certification.

This is a newly created role in a growing sales department. Initially, you will focus on new business development, acquiring new clients, and then maintain and grow those accounts. The role will evolve into a balance of new business and account management.
