ABOUT THE TEAM

The Tide Partnerships team, positioned within the Member Accession Marketing team, plays a crucial role in Tide’s overall marketing strategy by driving new member acquisitions through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially-focused Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing team on a minimum 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tide’s growth by fostering meaningful partnerships that drive business success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of partnership strategies aimed at expanding Tide's existing partnership network and securing new, high-value collaborations. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver growth, enhance our market presence, and support business goals.

This role offers the potential for further career development and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with Tide's growth objectives.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the Tide brand, effectively communicating our value proposition to engage both new and existing partners across diverse industries.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and current partners.
  • Drive the growth and scaling of existing partnerships, ensuring they continue to deliver value.
  • Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial business development through to ongoing growth and optimization.
  • Maintain regular communication with key partners, conducting performance evaluations to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize outcomes.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, reporting on partnership progress, key metrics, and areas for development.
