Now we’re looking for someone who’s great with people and knows how to build strong working relationships. This is a brand-new role: Referral & Partnerships Manager. If you make a difference, autonomy + trust (from day one, because let's face it we're all adults!) and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Spotting opportunities for new partnerships and making the first move
  • Strengthening relationships with our existing referral partners
  • Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to keep things joined-up
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the business
  • Using data to understand what’s working and where we can do better
  • Making sure everything we do is ethical and aligned to our values
What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or referral networks (ideally in legal, financial or professional services)
  • A genuine knack for building strong relationships
  • Confidence using data to make smart, strategic decisions
  • A proactive approach - you’re someone who spots opportunities and runs with them
  • Brilliant communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences
