Job description

Are you passionate about building strong partnerships to support victims of crime? Join Catch22 as a Partnerships Manager at Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS) and play a key role in strengthening relationships with statutory, third sector, and voluntary organisations to enhance service delivery for victims.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand and improve victim support services.
  • Represent Catch22’s interests at multi-agency meetings, ensuring victim-centred outcomes.
  • Monitor partner organisations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Promote Catch22’s work through presentations, training, and engagement with professionals and communities.
  • Support service development through collaboration with external agencies, assisting with system improvements and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • GCSE-level English and Maths (minimum).
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
  • Understanding of victim and witness services, social exclusion, and safeguarding.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.

Additional Requirements: Successful post-holders will need to have a full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes. The NPPV (non-police personnel vetting) check also requires that the post-holder has lived in the UK for the past 3 years with a few exceptions.

Contract: Permanent

Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £31,200

Location: You will spend 1-2 days per week in GMP HQ, Newton Heath. The remainder of your time will be split between remote working and working in the community.

Interview process: There will be an Assessment day on April 16th (1000-1300) for those shortlisted, and successful candidates will be invited to an interview on April 30th.These dates cannot be changed.
