Team Penske is one of the most successful teams in professional sports history, with over 650 major race wins, 700 pole positions, and 47 championships in 59 years.

The Partnership Marketing team manages over 45 corporate partner relationships, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies. The Partnership Manager will oversee a portfolio of brands associated with Team Penske, building strong relationships and maximizing the use of Team Penske assets to meet partner objectives.

Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, providing on-site assistance at events, supporting partner development, and creating cross-promotional programs. The role involves working independently and with various departments to lead partner engagement, event planning, activation, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand each partner’s brand and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and agencies.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and support.
  • Execute and fulfill partnership agreements.
  • Develop marketing concepts and ideas for partners.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and performance reports.
