About the Role

I am looking to speak to Partnership Marketing Managers looking to drive brand awareness and event growth across one of the biggest portfolios. You will take full ownership of developing new and existing partnerships on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a fully integrated partnerships strategy aligned with marketing and commercial aims.
  • Strengthen engagement with industry associations, media organisations, and key stakeholders worldwide.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive database of international and regional partners, with an initial focus on upcoming global editions.
  • Ensure partnership activities are closely aligned with wider marketing campaigns (conference, exhibition, delegate promotion).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support sponsorship and exhibitor success initiatives.
About You
  • Strong background in partnerships marketing, experience within global events would be great!
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (barter, sponsorship visibility, contracts).
  • Strong marketing understanding – from campaign phases to ROI tracking.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring success.
  • Highly collaborative mindset to cross functionally work with the wider sales and marketing teams
