Job summary

The Jack Petchey Foundation is seeking a Partnerships Officer to manage a portfolio of grants and to support the annual internship programme in London and Essex. You will maintain partnerships with grant partners, interns and host organisations, supporting delivery and development across the foundation’s programmes.

You will be highly organised, proactive and a strong communicator, capable of juggling priorities, with digital literacy and a commitment to evaluating impact for young people.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive, able to manage programmes from planning to delivery.
• Strong communicator, builds positive relationships with partners and interns.
• Flexible to respond to new opportunities and developments.
• Good digital skills, precise record keeping and audit trails.
• Ability to review information and make evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full grant lifecycles for partnership programmes and monitor progress.
• Capture learning, share findings with colleagues and trustees.
• Build and maintain regular meetings with partners; ensure targets are met.
• Maintain accurate information on websites, communications and CRM (Salesforce).
• Develop new partnership programmes with credible partners and pilots.
• Support internship programme administration, training, bursaries and mentoring.
• Organise partner events, materials, yearbook and evaluation activities.
• Support cross-team work to promote and improve partnership impact.
