Salary: Up to US$135K Per Annum (60/40 OTE)

Powered by Web3, verified human interactions, and a tokenized value exchange model, creators own their success, fans earn from the value they help create, and brands connect with communities in powerful, performance-driven ways. We are looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators for the platform. If you have experience in a creator talent acquisition agency or a digital native influencer marketing platform, we want to hear from you.

  • Bring 7–10+ years of experience in commercial/revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms, particularly in Sales and Business Development roles. We seek Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.
  • Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial team focused on platform monetization.
  • Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto sectors.
  • Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
  • Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
  • Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-sharing models, and vertical growth.
  • Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
  • Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
  • Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones.
