Are you passionate about how quality, values-led, trauma-informed training can transform frontline services?

Transform Your Training works across the UK with charities, corporate partners and public services to develop and deliver the very best quality, values-led training.

We’re looking for a talented Partnerships & Delivery Lead to join our central team. You’ll respond to sales enquiries, project plan new customer journeys, and help us build strong partnerships, working closely with our Directors and representing us at national events.

You will:

• Manage enquiries and relationships
• Project plan customer journeys and delivery
• Support change leadership across the organisation
• Represent Transform Your Training externally
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
