Job Title: Partnerships & Delivery Lead

Location: UK-based (remote with travel to schools and events)

Type: Full-time

Start: August 2025

About Wavelength

Wavelength is a new platform designed to transform how the UK delivers education for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our first national use case focuses on Maths for ADHD learners – a structured, self-paced learning programme designed in collaboration with teachers and powered by proven AI-assisted tools.

We’re in the early-stage build of Wavelength and, with the concept validated, we’re now focused on executing national in-school trials and scaling real-world delivery. We will be working closely with schools, MATs, corporate partners and government – and we’re now looking for someone to own these relationships and deliver our work with them at scale.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Partnerships & Delivery Lead to take full, hands-on ownership of how we engage with schools and deliver Wavelength in live classrooms.

You’ll be the main point of contact for schools, MATs, and key partners – from initial conversations to successful project implementation. You’ll coordinate the delivery of our national trial programme, ensuring schools are seamlessly onboarded and receive full support in incorporating the product into their organisation. As part of this, you’ll also ensure that feedback and data from our trials are effectively gathered for evaluation and reporting. Internally, you’ll communicate directly with our senior leadership and work closely with our product and operations team, playing a key role in shaping how the organisation evolves.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who can actively contribute to key business development decisions but is happy to be directly responsible for the relationships and delivery work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all school, MAT and partner relationships – from initial conversations and onboarding to long-term rollout
  • Own the delivery of our national trials, coordinating timelines, school support, and resources involved
  • Act as the main point of contact for participating schools throughout onboarding and implementation, bridging the gap between them and our product, customer service and operations
  • Drive the collection of impact and usage data from trials, and manage the timeline for reporting
  • Collaborate on school and MAT business development, including participating in demos, meetings, and shaping commercial agreements
  • Provide Wavelength leadership with clear, regular updates and insights on partner feedback, upcoming pipeline, and delivery performance

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

  • Have experience working in education or EdTech, ideally with or within schools or MATs
  • Have coordinated multi-school programmes or worked in education delivery, partnerships, project management or account management
  • Can confidently communicate withsenior stakeholders (e.g. headteachers, trust leaders, funders) while also delivering day-to-day operations
  • Are highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a whole area of work
  • Are comfortable with technology and adopting new tools
  • Want to be part of a small, mission-oriented team solving big systemic problems
  • Value the flexibility of remote working, and are happy to travel around the UK for school trials, occasional meetings and events

Terms

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Location: Remote-first (UK only) with travel to partner schools and events
  • Start: August 2025
  • Contract: Full-time
