As Partnership Executive, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and strengthen our brand visibility. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Head of Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for identifying new brand collaborations, managing relationships with external partners, and overseeing campaigns from conception to post-launch analysis. Your work will directly impact the growth of our partnership function and contribute to the success of our thriving subscription-based business.

About You: We are looking for an organised and strategic partnerships executive with a knack for marketing and a drive for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, thrive in collaborative environments and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset is essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute fresh ideas. An interest in beer, wine, or whisky is a plus and will help you connect with our brand and audience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Management & Support: Assist in the management of ongoing relationships with brand partners, media owners, and affiliate platforms. Ensure smooth delivery and post-campaign reporting.
  2. Campaign Execution & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, copy, operations, data) and external stakeholders to execute campaigns across digital and print platforms. Coordinate seasonal promotions and partner-led projects.
  3. Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance using web and campaign analytics tools. Provide insight-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, lower costs, and test creative effectiveness.
  4. Content & Asset Delivery: Write, proofread, and coordinate the production of promotional materials, ensuring all content meets brand and partner standards. Liaise with print suppliers and digital platforms for timely delivery.
  5. Administrative & Operational Support: Raise purchase orders, manage invoices, track budget spend, and support logistical aspects of partnership activations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
  2. Analytical Mindset: Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) to assess performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  3. Organisation & Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Creative & Commercial Thinking: A balance of creativity and commercial acumen—able to contribute ideas for engaging content while keeping the end goal in mind.
  5. Marketing or Partnerships Experience: Some hands-on experience in a marketing or partnerships role would be ideal, within e-commerce, FMCG, media, or a subscription-based business.
