Job summary

Citizens UK, the UK’s largest and most diverse people-powered alliance, seeks a Partnerships & Campaigns Manager to build strategic relationships across private, public and voluntary sectors and drive Living Wage campaigns.

You will coordinate sectoral initiatives, develop participatory campaigns, manage stakeholder networks and oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Hybrid London-based role with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering campaigns or project plans with impact.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communications with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sectoral living wage campaigns and accreditation efforts.
• Develop creative, participative campaign opportunities and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage external relationships with strategic stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting on campaign results.
