We are currently seeking a skilled Partnerships Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Corby.

Salary: £40,000 base with OTE up to £50,000

Location: Corby office

Job Details

As a Partnerships BDM, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and enhancing relationships with potential partners and clients.

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to enhance the company's reach and capabilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in prospective partner organizations
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create joint value propositions
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify areas for partnership potential
  • Meet and exceed business development targets based on partnership growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or partnership management, preferably within the energy sector or a related field
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends and data
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
