This is a fantastic chance to join this award-winning retailer as part of their Partnership Trading team and help drive sales, profitability, and stock availability across high-profile retail partnerships.

As Partnership Trading Assistant, you'll work closely with the Merchandiser, Buying, and Merchandising teams to analyse sales, manage product ranges, and create planograms, which will support maximising sales and ensuring new products are launched successfully.

You will spot trading opportunities, solve problems quickly, and help deliver a first-class retail experience for our customers.

You will need:

  • Previous experience using planograms or similar in a head office environment.
  • Ability to use range data to create engaging and customer-led planograms.
  • Produce market-specific planograms to support sales generation, delivered to critical path deadlines, including new launches.
  • Knowledge of Quant or similar space planning software (Blue Yonder, DotActiv, Planorama, etc.).

Experience in retail merchandising, trading, or a similar role (e.g., Merchandising Assistant, Trading Assistant).

Strong organisational and analytical skills.

Confidence working with numbers and data (Excel, MS Office).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for retail and commercial trading.
