Job description

Totum Partners is currently working with an international law firm to recruit a Partnership Tax Advisor to oversee partner and partnership tax returns, and assist the European office with their tax affairs.

Partnership Tax Accountant with International Law Firm

Based in Central London

4 days a week working from home (Tuesdays in office)

Partnership Tax Accountant Duties:
  • Preparation of UK tax computations and tax returns for the LLP
  • Preparation of Partners' tax returns (dealing with leaving/arriving Partners)
  • Work with third parties for the completion of UK Partners' tax returns in the US
  • Oversee tax matters for one of the firm's European offices and assist with its restructure
  • Assist with transfer pricing calculations and compliance adherence
  • Provide advisory services to Partners and European offices
Partnership Tax Experience:
  • Applicants must have worked in a legal or professional services firm
  • Must hold 3+ years' partnership and partner tax experience
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing and CCH (or similar software) is highly desirable
