Partnership Success Manager

Qlaims is a specialist MGA operating in the UK general insurance market providing independent professional support and guidance to businesses and homeowners in the UK who are making an insurance claim. Its vision is to create a better customer claims experience for its policyholders. Qlaims has grown strongly and is recruiting for a Partnership Success Manager. If you are an enterprising, energetic and client-focused individual with strong product training, coaching and consultation skills, this will be an exciting role with the opportunity to grow with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver strong and successful business partnerships with our insurance brokers.
  • Organise, present and run the Qlaims product training sessions, both onsite and virtual, including Qlaims webinars.
  • Support the set-up of new agencies and undertake the onboarding training.
  • Create, manage and monitor success plans with our broker partners.
  • Identify areas to improve effectiveness within the partner organisation on use of Qlaims products and services.
  • Generate growth in line with agreed targets by providing strong product training, coaching and consultation to partners.
  • Represent Qlaims at industry forums and seminars (online and in person) to build Qlaims profile and its offerings.
The Person
  • Successful track record in the UK general insurance industry, with expert knowledge of the market and the ability to quickly develop effective relationships.
  • Strong product training, coaching and consultation skills and able to deliver training on site, online (e.g. by webinar), and give input to the development of training materials.
  • Experience of identifying new ideas and opportunities to deliver business benefits.
  • Technology aware and understands broker IT platforms (e.g. Acturis).
  • IT literate and must be a competent user of tools such as MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Able to work on own initiative, demonstrate tenacity and resilience, and be able to solve problems.
