This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-growing business and help develop our network of delivery partners. As Partnership Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a national network of delivery partners, acting as their primary contact, supporting their needs, communicating organisational priorities, and facilitating their engagement in our programmes. You will also target and onboard multi-setting organisations to support regional promotion and delivery of our programmes.
Generate leads through various channels, including direct approach and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and communicate partnership offers.
Onboard and mobilise new partners.
Introduce opportunities to existing partners to grow their programmes.
Communicate programme offers and deadlines to partners.
Share clarity and priorities regarding programme engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of our programmes and key personnel.
Facilitate regular meetings online and face-to-face.
Liaise with teams to relay priorities and resolve partner queries.
Identify and implement improvements to management and delivery processes.
Support promotion and communication of our programmes.
Meet KPIs and objectives.
