Introduction JOIN US! We seek a Partnership Sales Lead EMEA to join our team, based in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships within the retail industry.

As a Partnership Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners, understanding their needs, and aligning our solutions to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  1. Research, identify, and evaluate potential partnership opportunities within the retail sector.
  2. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of strategic collaboration.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations.
  4. Understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives to effectively position SymphonyAI Retail's products and services.
  5. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Collaborate to create tailored solutions for partners.
  7. Lead negotiations with potential partners, develop partnership agreements, and ensure successful deal closures.
  8. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets related to partnership initiatives.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on partnership performance metrics.
  11. Implement strategies to maximize revenue from partnerships.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  13. Provide valuable insights to internal teams for product development and marketing strategies.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  15. Effectively communicate SymphonyAI Retail's value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.
