Partnership Marketing Executive | 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid - Crawley (2 days p/w)

At British Airways Holidays, we don't just sell holidays - we create memories. Whether it's handpicked hotels, curated car hire, or unforgettable experiences, we help our customers make the most of their time away. And it all starts with our people.

We're proud to be one of the UK's leading and most trusted tour operators. With 24-hour support for our valued customers and a focus on the details that matter, we take our customers' holidays seriously - so they can focus on the fun.

This is your chance to be part of it.

A little about us

We're a passionate business of around 360 people - big enough to offer opportunity, yet small enough that your ideas and contributions are always seen and celebrated.

We're also part of the wider IAG Loyalty Group, alongside Loyalty (the home of Avios) and The Wine Flyer. That means we enjoy all the benefits of being part of a powerful, international group - while still feeling like a small friendly company.

And right now? There's never been a better time to join us.

About the role

We're looking for a Partnership Marketing Executive who thrives on variety, enjoys building relationships, and can juggle multiple projects with calm confidence. The role comes with plenty of opportunities to take on exciting projects and learn from a fantastic team along the way.

In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns. Part of a team that works with an array of high-status partners; Visit Las Vegas, Visit Barbados, and Universal Orlando Resort, to name a few! Understanding their goals, working with media and creative teams, and bringing campaigns to life. You will get to work across a diverse range of marketing channels and disciplines.

You'll be supported by a brilliant team that values collaboration, creativity and trust. This is a role where you need to have the passion, proactivity and drive to make the most of the exciting opportunities that come with the job. There's lots to learn, but you won't be doing it alone - we'll make sure you have all the support you need to succeed.

No two days are the same - and that's exactly how we like it.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning end to end delivery of assigned marketing campaigns.
  • Building strong relationships with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Briefing media and creative agencies and working closely with our in-house design team.
  • Reviewing campaign performance utilising media and commercial data and delivering clear and informative post campaign analysis.
  • Ensuring representation for campaigns on ba.com and updating respective destination pages with the appropriate product to best serve the user journey.

What you'll bring

  • A passion for building great relationships - and the communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders with warmth and professionalism.
  • A flexible, proactive approach -the travel industry moves fast, and so do we.
  • Top-notch organisation and planning skills to keep multiple plates spinning.
  • The ability to analyse all available data and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership campaigns.
  • Experience in a media or marketing agency is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and represent the brand at trade events.

What we can offer you

Circa £30,000 per annum salary (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience)

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first few weeks.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • 26 days holiday a year, increasing by one day for every two complete years' service, to a maximum of 30 days - plus bank holidays. With the option to buy or sell 5 more.
  • Unlimited standby and premium standby fares for you and your nominees (on the BA network and partner airlines) from day one
  • Holiday and flight discounts for you, friends, and family from day one
  • Flexible working hours
  • Annual bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Pension contributions (6% company/3% employee)
  • Private medical and dental cover with BUPA. Paid options to cover partner and children.
  • Enhanced Primary and Co-Parent Leave
  • Enjoy up to 20 days working in Europe a calendar year under our hybrid working policy.
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Electric/ULEV car scheme
  • Ability to purchase Avios from salary at a discounted rate
  • Wellbeing and recognition programmes to support and celebrate you
