Our client is recruiting a Commercial Licensee Partnerships Manager to deliver the client’s strategy for growth with its commercial partners. As a key stakeholder of the Marketing & Commercial team, you will be responsible for working with Licensees to demonstrate the value of the client’s logo to existing partnerships, and identifying and converting new licensing opportunities within the food manufacturing, retail and OOH channels.

We are looking for a tenacious and personable self-starter, with experience in key account management or partnership development in the FMCG sector, a strong understanding of the UK food and beverage marketplace and consumer trends, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Most importantly, you should thrive on challenge, be open to performing both exceptional and routine tasks, and have the drive to shape the role. Previous experience in certification or not-for-profit is not a requirement; candidates with an FMCG background are encouraged to apply.

About the Client

Our client is the organisation that manages and promotes the assurance scheme.

Hybrid Role: Home/London HQ 1 day per week

Reports to: Commercial Licensee Partnerships Controller

This role is tailored to the individual’s strengths. It is part of a hard-working team that values personal accountability. Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with assigned customers and licensees

• Using engagements to demonstrate the value of the client's logo

• Identifying and securing new licensees to grow licence revenue

• Contributing to commercial and trade channel strategies

• Working cross-functionally with Technical, Licensing, Comms, Finance and Marketing teams

• Supporting the annual licence renewal process

• Acting as deputy in the commercial lead’s absence

• Managing admin tasks like presentations, account plans, and CRM data

About You

Knowledge & Skills:

• 7+ years experience in business development

• Degree-level education and commercial acumen

• High emotional intelligence and ability to work cross-functionally

• Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships

• Consultative and efficient under pressure

• Ambition for career progression

• Full UK Driving Licence
