An established industry player is seeking a Partnership Manager to enhance community relations and service delivery. In this pivotal role, you'll build and maintain partnerships, ensuring service users receive exceptional support while complying with contractual obligations. You will champion new projects, liaise with various partners, and work closely with frontline teams to create a seamless integration of service users into the local community. Mears provides temporary accommodation to asylum seekers whilst their claim is being assessed in three regions: Northwest, Yorkshire and Humber, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. At the end of May 2021 Mears had over 19000 service users across the three regions. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.
About the role:
This role forms part of the regional management team, where you will collectively be responsible for supporting front line delivery and delivering contractual requirements. As Partnership Manager this role is a pivotal link in delivering solutions to enable the delivery of exceptional service to our service users and the community.
You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships amongst partners within the community to solve problems and communicate needs.
