The Role:

This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day interaction with several of our Commercial Partner accounts to optimise their association with the Championship. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Partnership Manager and Partners support the delivery of key initiatives – both at race and beyond.

• Foster meaningful relationships:Develop and cultivate authentic, close working relationships with selected Commercial Portfolios by understanding their objectives and anticipating their needs.
• Champion of Formula E & Partner campaigns:Manage all deliverables for Formula E and Partner campaigns to ensure stakeholders have the necessary requirements to optimise their initiatives. This includes working closely with relevant internal departments (i.e. Event Experience, Premium Experience, Digital, Communications, Retail & Licensing, Business Intelligence, Brand, Finance).
• Partner activation:Contribute to the development of forward-thinking, innovative marketing solutions that will improve the activation of Partners association with the Championship.
• Driver of Partner experiences:Oversee the delivery of selected Partner requirements on race weekends to ensure their guests have an unforgettable Formula E experience.
• Stakeholder communications:Manage the compilation and dissemination of relevant communication materials to ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept informed of initiatives and updates.

What we're looking for in you:

• Proven partnership solutions:Demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering objectives-based solutions for partners (global sport/entertainment background is desirable).
• Client service excellence:Proven ability delivering high-level client service to key accounts by anticipating partners’ needs.
• Highly organised & multitasker:Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactivity:Ability to work individually as a self-starter with a “can do” attitude.
• Team player:An adaptable, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel:Ability to travel internationally as and when required.
