The Role

Are you an exceptional relationship builder with a talent for securing high-value support? Oxfam GB is looking for a strategic and driven Partnership Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of philanthropic partners who are passionate about driving global change.

In this rewarding role, you’ll cultivate and steward relationships with individual philanthropists, securing significant gifts (five and six figures) that contribute to Oxfam’s income, influence, and impact. You’ll also lead on developing and delivering tailored partnership plans—ensuring a first-class supporter experience and helping to deliver on Oxfam GB’s strategic priorities.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Confident communicator with an ability to inspire supporters, colleagues and peers
  • Experience of engaging with and securing income partnerships with private sector partners, individual funders, charitable trusts and/or foundations.
