Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Partnership Financial Controller based in Bath on a hybrid basis. You will manage financial affairs for 80+ partners globally, oversee onboarding, capital investments, tax registrations and annual distributions, while collaborating with tax advisers, pension providers, banks and auditors.
Qualified accountants with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong Excel are required, with a focus on accuracy, communication and strategic partnership support.

As Partnership Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing all financial aspects of our partners' relationship with the LLP. Reporting to the LLP Executive Director and leading one direct report, you will oversee partner capital accounts, profit distribution, taxation matters, partner onboarding and retirement processes, and support the ongoing operation of our partner share scheme.
