Job Title: Engagement Analyst – Partnerships & Technology Delivery

Location: London (Hybrid)

Employment Type: 6 month contract

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Engagement Analyst to support the delivery and execution of third-party partner engagement strategies across media and technology functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working at the intersection of content, tech, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the partner engagement team in delivering reports, process documentation, and partner-facing materials.
  • Coordinate workstreams across internal teams and third-party partners, ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Facilitate stand-ups and track deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Analyse engagement data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve tooling usage.
  • Contribute to retrospectives and support the implementation of feedback-driven improvements.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in media, technology, or engineering environments in roles such as Customer Success, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Partner Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a can-do, proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data, synthesize insights, and support operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Lucidchart.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment or with international teams is a plus.
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience.
