Were partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech that offers bespoke payment processing, gateways, terminal, and onboarding solutions tailored for Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Their platform delivers API-driven flexibility, competitive pricing, and responsive support to empower partners to launch or expand payment services seamlessly

Role Summary

Were hiring two commercial leaders to drive outbound partnerships with ISOs and ISVs. Youll be responsible for generating pipeline, negotiating partnership agreements, and delivering strong revenue growth via scalable, partner-first models. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where strategic thinking meets deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close partnership deals with ISOs and ISVs, bringing new partners onto the platform.
  • Design and refine revenue-sharing, pricing models, and contract terms aligned with partner needs.
  • Manage full sales cyclefrom initial outreach to integration and commercial onboarding.
  • Collaborate tightly with Product, Tech, and Operations to shape onboarding flows, marketing, joint propositions, and enablement materials.
  • Track KPIs (pipeline, revenue, conversion ratios), report regularly, and optimize processes.
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events and roundtables.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and identify growth opportunities in new verticals or regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years in business development, channel sales, or partnerships within fintech (payments, ISOs, ISVs).
  • Proven track record of closing B2B partnerships with ISOs or ISVs, including structuring and negotiating revenue-sharing agreements
  • Strong understanding of payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and embedded payment models.
  • Comfortable navigating technical integrations and working cross-functionally.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scale-up or startup environments, able to operate independently and with urgency.
  • Based in the UK with full right to work.
