A dynamic media organization in London seeks a Partnership Development Manager to enhance access to their content through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in fundraising or sales and a strong educational background. You will drive sales activities and manage relationships with partners. This role offers benefits including hybrid working, private healthcare, and discounts on events.
This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding and unique organisation, the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI). Described by the Guardian as 'the return to big thinking' and by Total Politics as 'Europe's answer to TED', the IAI puts on events throughout the year, including HowTheLightGetsIn, now the world's largest music and philosophy festival, and provides IAI.tv — a fast growing educational platform bringing big ideas to a global audience via cutting edge debates and talks involving leading thinkers, politicians, scientists and artists. Access to IAI.tv is provided via subscription direct to consumers as well as universities and schools across the globe.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to expand access to IAI content through partnerships with organisations, patrons, and educational institutions. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales activity of the team, and for the delivery of partner activations around our dynamic events programme and our digital awareness campaigns. In addition to developing new partnerships, you will also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing subscription partners, ensuring continued engagement and long-term collaboration.
At TVF Media, we are focused on supporting your career progression and wellbeing. In joining our team, you will also become eligible for our range of benefits, including our pension scheme, private healthcare insurance cashback scheme, hybrid working, Cycle to Work, frequent company socials and biannual parties, gym and HowTheLightGetsIn festival ticket discounts, and more!
We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and actively support and encourage people from a variety of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets to join us and help shape what we do.
