A highly successful and growing business based in Birmingham is looking for a Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join the team.
This role would suit an experienced Business Development Manager/Partnership Manager/Sales Manager with 5+ years’ experience selling into the healthcare, social care, or public sector. Mid and large cap enterprise experience is required.
As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will be leading the sales drive, targeting and educating new customers to see the benefits of the business’s services through clear sales funnels. You will create partnership opportunities and explore and uncover the business needs of key clients.
You will have expertise in selling solutions into the healthcare sector and will adopt a consultative sales approach. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS products and will have a working knowledge of using HubSpot Sales or a similar CRM. You will have proven sales experience, an excellent record of achieving targets and winning clients. You will be self-driven, results-oriented, and possess the initiative to spot and seek out new opportunities.
The salary on offer is £65,000 per annum plus uncapped commission and a benefits package. Please note, this role offers hybrid working, requiring travel to our client's Birmingham office a minimum of one day per week.
