Overview

Do you have a passion for building strong partnerships and delivering impactful projects?

We’re looking for a Partnership and Project Manager to join our team and play a leading role in developing collaborations that strengthen communities and bring about positive change.

About the Role

As Partnership and Project Manager, you will:

  • Develop and manage TVA input supporting partnerships across the voluntary, community, and public sectors.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet objectives and achieve real outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Support community engagement initiatives, including participatory budgeting programmes.
  • Represent TVA at meetings, networks, and events which bring partners together – including some deputising for the CEO
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Educated to GCSE level (essential), with a degree or equivalent in Community Development, Regeneration, Marketing, Project Management, or relevant experience (desirable).
  • Experienced in community and public engagement (desirable).
  • Knowledgeable about community resilience, the Connecting Torfaen Network, and Torfaen’s Community Approach (essential).
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Skilled in project management, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation (essential).
  • Experience in working across different organisations to achieve partnership goals (desirable).
  • Passionate about making a difference in the community and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
