Partnership & Inclusion Manager – Norfolk & Suffolk (Victim Services)

We are working with a well-established national charity delivering frontline services across the justice, education, and social care sectors. They are seeking a Partnership & Inclusion Manager to support the strategic delivery of their victim services programme across Norfolk and Suffolk.

This role will suit a confident, relationship-focused professional with experience in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and inclusive service development. It offers the chance to take ownership of partnerships and engagement in a regionally significant programme supporting victims of crime.

Location: Home-based, with regular travel across Norfolk and Suffolk
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £32,064 per annum
Contract: Fixed-term until 17 October 2025
Clearance: Enhanced DBS required

Role Overview

As Partnership & Inclusion Manager, you will lead on building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, statutory services, voluntary sector partners, and community-based organisations. You will play a vital role in expanding service reach, ensuring inclusive practices, and promoting active community involvement.
Key elements of the role include designing and implementing a communications and engagement strategy, supporting the organisation’s EDI objectives, managing volunteers and student placements, and ensuring that the voices of victims and survivors shape service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong working relationships with a wide range of ecosystem partners, statutory bodies, and community groups.
  • Develop and lead the delivery of a local Communications & Engagement Strategy.
  • Recruit, support, and manage Community Champion Volunteers and Student Placements to support outreach and service delivery.
  • Facilitate the Victim Experience Panel, using feedback to improve inclusivity and accessibility across services.
  • Drive forward the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy within the service.
  • Contribute to the creation of inclusive service materials and public-facing communications.
  • Collect, monitor and report on engagement data to support strategic planning and service improvement.
  • Represent the service at key stakeholder events, forums, and multi-agency meetings across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Person Specification

Essential:
  • Experience working in a multi-agency or community partnership environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships and priorities.
  • Understanding of EDI principles and their practical application in service delivery.
  • Comfortable with data monitoring and reporting responsibilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region regularly.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience within victim services, criminal justice, or public sector support roles.
  • Volunteer or placement management experience.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding practices and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Knowledge of national victim and witness frameworks and codes of practice.
