The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Philippines, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.
This role is responsible for delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives, and managing workflows to support the expansion of Eightcap and its associated brands.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams, the Partners Marketing Lead is instrumental in turning strategy into action—coordinating cross-team approvals, managing project timelines, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing strategies tailored to affiliates, introducing brokers, and strategic partners to drive acquisition and retention.
- Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns—including digital, content, email, and social media—to maximise partner engagement.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with business development goals.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional assets to support partner growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise the performance of partnership marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Ensure marketing content compliance by working closely with Compliance, Product, and Sales teams to align with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and support partner-focused events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance Eightcap’s brand presence and attract new partners.
- Manage and execute co-branded marketing initiatives with key partners.
- Engage cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Operations, and Risk) to align marketing efforts with new product launches, service rollouts, and business priorities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in trading and financial services to drive innovation.
Who are you?
- Degree in Marketing or Business (desirable)
- Proven experience in executing and optimising marketing campaigns that drive partner acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and marketing technology to support lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into action by managing marketing workflows, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely campaign execution.
- Experience in B2B and B2C partner marketing, with a focus on affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), and financial partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyse, and report on marketing performance to optimise results.
- Understanding of global financial markets, including localisation, regulatory considerations, and compliance requirements in different regions.
- Experience supporting product marketing initiatives, ensuring successful launches, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Finance, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and drive campaigns at scale.
- Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or trading-related industries (desirable)
