Job Opportunity: Regional Property Support Officer (South London)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our South London Regional Property Team. The role is based in our Clapham Park office and involves supporting the team by contacting customers, liaising with contractors, and ensuring updates are accurately recorded.

This is a busy, fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will be well-organized and accustomed to working under pressure.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, meeting high expectations and tight budgets.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in using spreadsheets, IT systems, and other software.
  • A natural curiosity for problem-solving and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with contractors and residents to improve projects, ensuring clear communication and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain regional trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Assist the Repairs Manager with tracker management, including legal, contractor, and surveyor updates.
  • Provide general administrative and telephone support, ensuring internal processes are followed and excellent customer service is delivered.
Additional Requirements
  • High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders and handling customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new IT packages.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
