Job description

We are looking for a Partnering Stores Manager to join our team at Huws Gray in Manchester!

About the Role

This role supports our new partnership with One Manchester, a housing association. Our Partnering Stores serve a single customer with a tailored stock mix to support their projects, ensuring they receive what they need, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships with customers to understand their requirements.
  2. Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions.
  3. Motivate the team to meet targets.
  4. Make commercial decisions in line with Senior Management.
  5. Ensure branch compliance with legislation and company policies.
  6. Control stock and maintain stock records within the Partnering Store.
Candidate Requirements

We value individuality and offer comprehensive training. A driving license and good knowledge of building materials are beneficial.
