About the position

The Partner Technical Manager develops high-quality WalkMe delivery partners. The role involves configuring and customizing complex IT systems, assessing technical competency, and providing deployment support. The manager reports to the Director of A&C Solution Consulting, EMEA.

What you'll own

• Oversee technical execution of multiple coaching projects, managing scope, value, and quality.
• Conduct quality assurance audits, host technical training, and troubleshoot for partners and clients.
• Develop resolution plans for project roadblocks.
• Design partner enablement programs focused on technical skills.
• Collaborate with Service, Support, Education, and Sales teams.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance the partner lifecycle.

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of WalkMe professional services or related web/mobile development experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, jQuery, CSS, and website frameworks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with customer-facing troubleshooting and demonstrations.
