Partner Support Coordinator – Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Relationship, Issue Resolution, Customer Communications, Lancashire (Hybrid – 3 days p/w in office)

This is a fantastic Partner Support Coordinator opportunity to work with a leading technology services organisation, supporting key customers, vendors, and technical teams across the business.

The Partner Support Coordinator is a hybrid working role, based in Lancashire, UK.

As a Partner Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence across key client accounts, as well as managing relationships with third-party stakeholders and suppliers. A credible background in delivering exceptional direct customer services is essential, both via telephone and email. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with a self-motivated and driven attitude.

Key Skills as Partner Support Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service position.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and driven attitude.
  • Confident on the phone with customers.
  • Experience in IT Services or Telecommunications industry (Desirable).
