We’re looking for a Partner Support Advisor to join our Partner Admin team at Co-op Wholesale.Since 1977, we’ve championed independent retailers to thrive with Nisa – and now, we’re entering a bold new chapter as Co-op Wholesale. You'll help us make sure we get all the correct product orders to our retail partners.Our admin team consists of admin, bulks, presells and telesales.
As a Partner Support Advisor, you’ll be responsible for setting up accounts and processing product orders from Co-op Wholesale partners, making sure their requirements are met, and that our retailers get everything they need to give shoppers a great experience. You’ll collaborate with teams and colleagues across the business, generating reports and helping to provide a consistently excellent customer service.
