Partner Success Management is responsible for ensuring partners can onboard efficiently, escalate concerns easily, and ultimately deploy eero successfully to their customers. Along the way, we review partner requests, ensure eero teams are aligned on requirements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments. Once new partners have completed their initial deployment, we continue partnering with them by offering support and insights to ensure they’re making the most of their eero experience.

Skills
In this role, you will lead our existing ISP partnerships in EMEA and manage our Partner Success team in the region. You will be responsible for growing regional sales and setting the standard for how we work with regional partners.
