Job description
Overview

Join one of the highest-impact teams at Anomalo. We’re hiring a Partner Solutions Architect to support Anomalo’s growing Business Development team. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, this role serves as the technical point of contact for all partner engagements, blending technical expertise with relationship-building to enable partners and their customers to succeed with Anomalo. You’ll work closely with Systems Integrators (SIs), cloud platforms, and technology partners to drive integrations, enablement, and joint customer success. Partnerships are a key part of Anomalo’s ABX Strategy as we expand our partner network and deepen our focus with key partners.

What you’ll do as a Partner Solutions Architect at Anomalo
  • Be the technical POC for partners: Lead demos, presentations, and deep-dive discussions with current and prospective partners, both virtually and in-person (including QBRs).
  • Own technical relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical counterparts at strategic partners (e.g., SEs and product leads at Databricks, Snowflake, Atlan, Google, and SIs).
  • Scope integrations: Collaborate with partners and Anomalo’s product teams to design and validate integrations that expand our ecosystem.
  • Enable SI partners: Partner with the Anomalo Director of Enablement to lead onboarding and enablement sessions for Systems Integrators, ensuring they can confidently implement Anomalo.
  • Own partner certification: Develop and manage SI partner certification programs to maintain quality and consistency in delivery.
  • Support joint GTM and pipeline efforts: Partner with peers across BD, Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives to drive pipeline from our network of partners.
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Experience: Over 8 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a customer- or partner-facing role (e.g., sales engineer, solutions architect).
  • Technical expertise: Strong understanding of modern data stack technologies (cloud data warehouses, data lakes, orchestration, data quality, observability) and SQL experience.
  • Sense of urgency with ownership mindset.
  • Partnership mindset: Experience working with or at Systems Integrators, cloud platforms, or strategic technology partners.
  • Communication skills: Exceptional ability to present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences, in-person and virtually.
  • Builder mentality: Comfortable creating enablement materials, technical documentation, and scalable programs (like certifications).
  • Collaborative: Thrives in cross-functional work, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.
  • Flexible: You will support customers across multiple time zones in the US and EMEA.
Ideal candidates will also have
  • Deep relationships with Databricks and Snowflake SEs and product teams.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Governance or BI and Analytics tools.
Location & Travel
  • This is a remote role, open to qualified candidates currently based in the United States only.
  • We hold quarterly company offsites to collaborate in person; attendance is required.
  • This person will be expected to travel for partner meetings (US and international) and industry events/tradeshows.
Compensation
  • The estimated annual salary range for this role is $180-215k plus meaningful equity.
Perks of working at Anomalo
  • Make An Impact: Join a growing company that delights our customers. Our modern UI and rich visualizations help our customers solve unknowns and anticipate data issues before they happen.
  • A values-driven, open and transparent culture that supports autonomy and growth.
  • Fully Remote: We were fully remote before it was a thing, and we offer a generous $1,000 stipend to ensure your remote office is comfortable.
  • Quarterly Onsites: We also value in-person time and host a company-wide offsite each quarter in a new destination.
  • Generous Time Off: 17 company holidays and unlimited vacation time, plus a company-wide winter break the last week of the year.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive family-friendly medical, dental, and vision insurance; Anomalo covers 90% of premiums. Mental health and wellness benefits are covered at 100%.
  • Family Comes First: 16 weeks of parental leave with full pay.
  • Investment in the company & your future: Meaningful equity, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
What we value
  • Own It: We own getting to the best results across the company.
  • Act & Adapt: Prioritize action, learn from mistakes, and continually improve with humility and curiosity.
  • Thrive Together: Embrace diversity, assume best intentions, and support each other to succeed as a team.

  • Customer Focus: Anticipate, innovate for, and deliver what matters to customers.
