- Cloud Strategy Alignment – Serve as the technical owner of partners' business solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to align their technology roadmap with Microsoft's cloud offerings. Understand partners' business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and help leverage the full potential of Microsoft cloud to achieve their goals.
- Cloud Transformation Leadership – Lead partners through cloud transformation, adopting a Technical Sales Challenger mindset to challenge conventional thinking. Champion innovative cloud technologies, accelerate time to market, and identify new business opportunities.
- Innovation and Tech Intensity – Foster a culture of innovation, stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends. Provide thought leadership and encourage experimentation to help partners differentiate and drive transformative change.
- Relationship Building – Cultivate strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to CTOs, executives, and technical teams. Foster collaboration, trust, and open communication to ensure seamless alignment and long-lasting partnerships.
- Leadership and Innovation – Demonstrate leadership to drive business growth, foster innovation, and navigate organizational landscapes. Explore emerging cloud technologies and drive change.
- Trusted Advisor – Provide strategic technology guidance and advisory services to partners or customers, aligning solutions with business goals, developing roadmaps, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Strategy Formulation and Communication – Lead technology adoption by developing long-term visions, resolving technical blockers, and articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Ensure integration within the Microsoft ecosystem and collaborate with sales roles to drive outcomes.
Qualifications (Text Only)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and experience in technical consulting, product development, or sales, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in technology IP solutions or services, with understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and trends like generative AI and SaaS.
- Strong background in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. Experience in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization is desirable.
- Ability to translate strategy into positive business outcomes, align with business goals, and develop programmatic offerings.
